With its 40 year history of serving the Peoria area, Alwan Pharmacy and Compounding Center is set to close.
In a Facebook post released on Friday, it was announced that owner Mike Minesinger is retiring and the West Peoria location will close its doors. The Morton location will also close. Both businesses will see September 19th as the last day.
In the announcement, a thank you was expressed, “We would like to thank all our customers for your patronage and loyalty throughout the years,”
According to the announcement, prescriptions will continue to be filled through the last day of business.
